Ken Beach has been working on Soviet-era motorcycles for many years. He is well known in Ural and Dnepr circles as one of the High Priests of Maintenance and an excellent source of tech support, parts and info about these unusual machines. With the launching of the new oVc facility in Hillsburgh, he has used this vast experience and knowledge to take on the KYMCO scooter and motorcycle lineups to further expand his customer base.
